Japanese regulator extends its warning list - caution here

Do you want to trade binary options but hear of so-called blacklists? The Japanese regulator is targeting three other brokers.

Binary options are becoming increasingly popular not only in Europe, but also in Japan. However, not all binary options brokers operate with official permission. Recently, her panicked financial regulator had broadened her blacklist of brokers operating in Japan without a valid license.

Not only Europeans rave about binary options, but also Asians. The Japanese market is one of the largest trading centers for binary options. If critics of binary options laugh at the Cypriot financial regulator leading to lax behavior, the CySEC could actually cut itself off from the Japanese regulator. The Japanese binary options market is considered to be particularly strictly regulated. The Kanto Local Finance Bureau provides regular information about potential dangers or unregulated brokers who are up to mischief in Japan. But it is not just about brokers who do not have valid licenses for the Japanese market, but also about providers who violate conditions. Recently, three more lesser-known brokers were added to the list.

Which brokers are on the list?

The vendors accused of violating the requirements by the Japanese Financial Regulator are the brokers BizOption, World Option and OptionRalley. All three providers are said to have more or less violated the rules of the so-called "Guidelines for Supervision of the Financial Intruments Business". While the BizOption website is currently not available, interested parties can still access the WorldOption website. However, there is currently no more information on the regulations or authorizations for the Japanese market.

The third provider is the broker OptionRally, which is also known in Europe. The company is regulated by the Cypriot financial regulator. This allows the broker to act as a financial service provider across Europe. Actually only the regulation is also recognized in Japan. However, the company was warned by the Japanese regulator back in September 2015.

Binary options brokers must have a valid regulation in Japan that is recognized by Japan. It does not matter whether the company is regulated in another country. Accordingly, the supervisory authority in Japan has determined that none of the three brokers has a regulation that applies to Japan.

The Broker OptionRally under the magnifying glass

Unfortunately, the Japanese financial supervisory authority does not state that which rules the broker should have violated. Reason enough for us to take a closer look at the broker. Poker is regulated by the Cypriot financial regulator, CySEC, and has not yet reported any regulatory violations. The broker is no stranger to the German market either. The trading conditions and offered trading types are quite impressive. So it is possible to achieve a return of up to 81% with classic binary options. The maturities of the binary options range from a few minutes to several days. Not entirely uninteresting for German traders: the broker offers German support.

The company has a branch in Germany. However, the financial service provider's headquarters are located in Cyprus. The German-language support is handled entirely from the German branch.

The trading offer from OptionRally

The company is aimed at both beginners and advanced users. That becomes immediately clear when looking at the trade offer. Different types of trading are available. These include not only the classic call and put options, but also the pairs, ladder and even the increasingly popular one-touch options. The offer is rounded off by the short term method. There are more than 200 underlyings from the typical four asset classes available. This is how binary options on commodities, currencies, stocks and indices can be traded. The runtimes vary on the one hand between the increasingly popular 60 second options and runtimes of 5 minutes. If you like it for longer, you can choose between terms of 2 to 7 days.

If you want to open a small account broker, you have to make a minimum deposit of € 250. This may deter some beginners, but the trading conditions speak for themselves, and even beginners should take a closer look here. The maximum trading amount of € 5000 can scare off one or two experienced kickers. This amount is significantly higher for other brokers.

The trading platform is a further development and upgraded version of the well-known SpotOption platform. This can be called up from a wide variety of mobile devices as well as from the home PC via the Internet browser as a web-based trading platform. If you value mobile trading, you can also download the provider's mobile trading app for iOS devices or Android-based devices free of charge. However, this is not found on the printer's website, but on the relevant app store.
